Refund policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy:

 

We do not off exchanges or returns on any product. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at adebellenyc@gmail.com with images and a description of the damage.

Booking:

There is no return on all hands-on services (hairstyles).

All Retainers/Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

If you can not make it to your appointment please notify Ade Belle NYC at least 24 hours in advance

When Booking an appointment with Ade Belle NYC please keep in mind a NON-REFUNDABLE $40 deposit required to secure your appointment. Only then is your appointment officially booked. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival CASH ONLY.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable Goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal Care Goods (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns on any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us, if you have questions or concerns about any specific item(s) you would like to order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items or gift cards.
